Great staff were quite attentive during our stay.

We encountered several issues that really put a damper on our experience. The air conditioning was barely usable, leaving us uncomfortable during the hotter parts of the day. Furthermore, the shower featured a head that left much to be desired, as water pressure seemed non-existent. To top it off, the bathroom had noticeable mold, impacting our overall comfort and cleanliness perception.

Had a great time with friends! We spent time exploring the nearby Modoc National Wildlife Refuge and enjoyed skiing in the area. The recent upgrades in the rooms made our stay super comfortable, and the staff was friendly. For future guests, the breakfast options were decent, but be prepared for some noise from the air conditioning.

One of our friends struggled with the loud AC unit in the room. It often made it hard to hear the TV, which was a bit annoying during our evening hangout.

Cleaning could be improved, especially to tackle the excessive stains that made the environment feel less inviting.

The air-conditioned room made me feel like royalty with its comfy bed, splendid flat-screen TV, and thoughtful touches, making it a charming retreat. Certainly, a delightful place after a day of exploring nature's wonders!

We had a lovely overnight experience. The staff impressed us with their friendliness and quick assistance. The large flat-screen TV was a nice touch, allowing us to connect our WiFi device for entertainment. For future visitors, be aware of the breakfast deadline. you wouldn’t want to miss it!
